I absolutely love the theme of your blog! The green colour is so in tune with what you're talking about so it was a really good choice of background.
ReplyDeleteAll of your media was cited appropriately-- I also loved that you actually took almost all of the pictures yourself! It really shows that you enjoyed your genius hour project and you even included information on the routes you went on.
Everything is easy to read, there are no spelling or grammar mistakes from what I read on your blog. I think you could make your headings a little bigger and easier to recognize from the white background (you could potentially change the colour maybe). I really liked how you underlined your headings though to make it more organized. The layout overall though is really easy to follow! I know pictures are really tricky to place in line on a blog (I struggled a lot with this myself) so maybe you could rearrange the pictures so the captions are directly below and they appear a little more organized on the page to avoid large white spaces. If this was your intention to have the pictures like that though, ignore that comment! Like I said before, the colours on the blog were really great! The white background is a strong contrast with the bright and earthy pictures you included and the background you presented. Even your Genius Hour Project Proposal Pitch had the same colour scheme as your blog! I thought that was great.
You presented a lot of really great reflections both for your genius hour project and your reflections from class. The reflections didn't seem out of place, they related to your genius hour question and I learned a lot from looking through your blog! It's really inspired me to explore other areas of Ontario and see its beauty as well.
